Change of Mind? Let Us Know Early
You can request to cancel or modify your order within 4 hours after placing it. After that, your order may already be in process and can’t be altered.

Include your order number and details you’d like to change. We’ll do our best to help — as long as the request comes in within the 24-hour window.
Please Review Before You Submit
- Shipping Address: Ensure it’s complete and correct. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to input error are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Returned Packages: If your package is returned because of address issues, reshipping costs may apply.
- Customized Orders: Personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.
