Change of Mind? Let Us Know Early

You can request to cancel or modify your order within 4 hours after placing it. After that, your order may already be in process and can’t be altered.

Please Review Before You Submit

  • Shipping Address: Ensure it’s complete and correct. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to input error are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Returned Packages: If your package is returned because of address issues, reshipping costs may apply.
  • Customized Orders: Personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.
