WeaveWisp respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to properly formatted notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.


1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, used, or distributed on weavewisp.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent including the following information:

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on weavewisp.com was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district, or if outside the U.S., to a judicial district in which WeaveWisp is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

WeaveWisp reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
