1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Non-Defective Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund as long as the item is returned in new or slightly used condition within 180 days of delivery.

Note: Items that have been heavily used, altered, or returned after 180 days from delivery are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@weavewisp.com with your order number and reason for refund.
  2. Use the prepaid return label included in your package to send the item back to us by mail.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free using the prepaid return label included in your package.
  • The original shipping fee (if any) paid at checkout is non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Returns requested after 180 days from delivery
  • Items returned without using the provided prepaid return label
  • Items not in new or slightly used condition
  • Items returned without proper documentation or missing parts/accessories
