At WeaveWisp, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident with every purchase you make from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligible Countries

We currently accept returns and exchanges for orders delivered within the United States.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: Items must be in new or slightly used condition.
  • Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 180 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return Method: By mail only.
  • Return Label: Included in the package at no additional cost.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@weavewisp.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Use the prepaid return label included in your package to send the item back.
  3. Drop the package at your nearest shipping center or schedule a pickup, as applicable.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement:

  • Follow the same process as a return.
  • Indicate the desired replacement details in your request email.
  • We will ship out the exchange item once your return is received and inspected.

6. Important Notes

  • Items returned after 180 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Products returned without the original prepaid return label may not be accepted.
  • This policy applies to both regular-priced and sale items.
