  • We keep it fair: Must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags on).
  • No hassle for defects: If it’s our fault, you won’t pay a cent for return shipping.
  • Change your mind? We’ll still help — just cover the return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  • Your full name (the one used in the order)
  • Order number
  • A few words on what went wrong
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
  • Whether you want a refund or a replacement

Our team usually gets back to you within 1–2 business days.


What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for most full-priced items — unless they fall into one of these categories:

  • Items on final sale or marked “non-returnable”
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Stuff that’s clearly been worn, washed, or damaged after you got it

Return Shipping — Who Pays?

  • Our fault? We cover it — 100%.
  • Change of heart? You cover the shipping, we’ll handle the rest.

Step-by-Step: Returning an Item

  1. Get in touch. Contact us and wait for your return approval + instructions.
  2. Pack it up. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the item(s).
  3. Send it back. Use any trackable shipping method. Let us know the tracking number if possible.
  4. Wait for the green light. Once we get your return, we’ll inspect and email you about the refund/replacement.

Refund Info

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end.


Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, go ahead and submit a return first. Once it’s processed, you can place a new order or we can help arrange an exchange if inventory allows.


Something Arrived Wrong or Damaged?

Yikes — we hate when that happens. Email us ASAP with photos and details. We’ll send out a replacement or refund right away. No need to return it in most cases.


Things You Should Double-Check

We love customizing, but please triple-check your spelling, image quality, and options before you check out. Unfortunately, we can’t refund for customer input errors on made-to-order items.
