Shipping Policy

At WeaveWisp, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping times, delivery estimates, and related details for purchases made through weavewisp.com.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.


2. Order Processing

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-05:00)
  • Processing Days: Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)

Orders placed before the cutoff time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time:

  • Standard Handling: 1–3 business days

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 14–20 business days (Monday to Friday transit)
  • Fulfilled from: Our international fulfillment centers
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on order value and destination

Fast Shipping (Expedited Option):

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Handling Time: 7–10 business days
  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday transit) after handling
  • Fee: $19.99 per order

Customers can select the Fast Shipping option at checkout.


4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Handling time + Transit time
For Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated: 15–23 business days

For Fast Shipping:

  • Estimated: 8–12 business days

Note: Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. In cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances (such as customs delays or carrier issues), delivery times may be extended.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update.


6. Delivery Issues

If you experience delays or issues with your delivery:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest updates
  • Contact our support team at support@weavewisp.com with your order number for assistance

7. Public Holidays

Shipping and deliveries do not take place on public holidays. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
